When we inspect the property, we identify features, such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, the overall condition of the property, upgrades, custom features, lot and neighborhood aspects in order to ascertain the market value of the property. The inspection often includes photos of the rooms and a sketch of the property, ensuring the proper square footage and conveying the layout. We will complete the report within 5 business days.
Once the home inspection is complete, we utilize a combination of approaches to determine the value of the property: Typically we use a cost approach, a sales comparison approach and, in the case of a rental property, an income approach.
