About Jenifer Gausman

Jenifer has been a Jane of lots of trades and now a master of Appraisals. She started in the Telecom industry when the Dot Com World was booming. She worked and lived in San Francisco, Scottsdale and Manhattan with various tech companies. Owned and operated a Bed and Breakfast in WIlmington NC and then settled on helping her father “retire” from Real Estate Appraising. He never retired and Jenifer began her Real Estate Appraiser career in 2007. She and Jerome knew each other in H.S and reconnected in 2008. Jerome joined the family business in 2010. They both enjoy working with the best Real Estate clients in the industry, helping homeowners and families value their most precious asset and traveling the world when not working.

Jerome comes from an Education and Drug and Rehab background with his Masters in Counseling. When he reconnected with Jenifer in 2008 love was in the air and he moved back to DC to be closer to his parents and to see where his new relationship would take him. He decided to try his hand at Real Estate and got his license in 2010. He has been thriving as a small business owner and real estate appraiser ever since. He is an avid golfer and currently a 2 handicap!
